SAINTS OF GOD WALKING IN SALVATION OF 2020

DINING AT THE TABLE OF MERCY

Last week on Independence Day, I had a very vivid dream. In the sequence of this dream, I found myself sitting in a hallway of a very familiar church, surrounded by a group of people of whom I recognized. The corridors of the hallway were engulfed in complete darkness, but our circle of personnel was surrounded by a bright white light. As I stood in the center of the circle, I looked each member of the circle in the eyes and asked them to share their personal thoughts about my life. No matter how critical or condescending the commentary may have been, I demanded that everyone be brutally honest in the hope of revealing true intentions. During the course of this event, I discovered that my words and actions had badly wounded some emotionally and there was a festering spirit of unforgiveness. As I learned to surrender my heart and yield to the way of the Lord, there was a greater spiritual wave of reconciliation that flooded the entire room and lives were mended to complete wholeness. Saints of God, we have been battered and broken by the trials of life. Many have learned to cope in spite of having their spirit severely punctured by accusations and condemnation. These wounded soldiers have come to receive restoration at the wrong filling stations of what they perceived to be hope. Jesus in all of His truth has created a special invitation for all of us who are weary from the cares of this world. At the table of mercy, Jesus is preparing a special pavilion to cover us with the shroud of the Holy Spirit. Lord Jesus, please speak to our hearts in this hour: give us a heart to listen to your voice and make preparation to dine at the table of Your mercy.

FOCUS:

There is a spiritual 911 Emergency in the Body of Christ. Behind the veil of work-related obligations and religious activity lies a mass of wounded people that are suffering in silence. Many have become masterminds at concealing the pain from years of abuse, false accusation, and destructive words of condemnation. There are people experiencing a slow death process and without a surgical infusion of the Holy Spirit, they will not inherit eternal life.

But I will consume them by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence.”

Isaiah 1:18: “Come now, and let us reason together, says the Lord, though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool.”

Revelation 3:20: “Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.”

** SOME HAVE BECOME SUCH ENEMIES OF THE CROSS THAT THEY WILL ACTUALLY REJECT THE COMING PROMISE OF JESUS CHRIST. **

BIBLICAL APPLICATION: (READ EZEKIEL 14:1-11)

 The leaders of the Israel came to meet with Ezekiel for counsel

 We have set up idols in our hearts and have annexed ourselves from God

 There is an opportunity to repent from our wickedness

 Do not reject the ministry of God’s ordained office of the prophet

 Your iniquity will disqualify you from the Presence of God

BIBLICAL APPLICATION: (READ ACTS 4:1-37)

 Peter and John begin to preach the Gospel and perform miracles

 Peter and John were confronted by the religious sects

 Peter and John were unashamed of the Gospel of Christ and risked their lives for the sake of the Cross

 The testimony of God’s power created a fire of conviction and anointing within the people

 As we see the manifestation of God’s truth, people will be compelled to lay aside their differences and gather under one accord

 When we are walking in a spirit of true unity, no one should leave the premise the same way they came in

THERE WILL BE A PERSONAL SUMMIT WITH JESUS CHRIST TODAY. I’M

SURRENDERING ALL OF MY FAULTS AND DOUBTS IN THAT HE WOULD HAVE

COMPLETE DOMINION.
